Cai Jia Eng is an artist, designer and educator living in London.
She graduated with a BsC in Architecture from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL in 2006 and was awarded one of twelve crafts scholarships by the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust in 2008.
She completed her PGCE from the University of Cambridge in 2011 and led a highly successful Art department for 6 years at St Augustine's Priory in West London.
Since then she has run numerous large-scale community art projects, become the Artist in Residence at Deer Park School in Richmond, and currently runs workshops for schools and families in Pitzhanger Manor and Gallery.
Her work has retailed at Fortnum and Mason and been published in ‘Portraits for NHS Heroes’ in 2021 by Bloomsbury.
Her illustrations have been published as an app for iPhone and iPad and sold on iTunes, and used as educational resources in schools in the UK.
She has exhibited her work in London, Oxford, Edinburgh and Barcelona.
